I’ve always thought that the fitness space in Canada has been very vanilla for quite a number of years. partner Michael Bridge, have compiled a team of Canadian industry experts who will contribute their knowledge to the roll out of Tapout Fitness. "It all starts with selecting the right locations in the right markets to get the results we’re looking for.”

Fitness U.S. executive team includ- ing Mark Tascher, executive chairman (former CEO of Crunch, Bally’s Total Fitness); Ben Crosbie, CEO and found- er of Tapout Fitness; Rick Bouza, presi- dent (former Town Sports International VP operations); Dave Geller, chief mar- keting officer (former head of market- ing for Equinox Fitness Clubs); and Greg Jackson, director of branded pro- gramming (20 years coaching profes- sional MMA). Tapout Fitness will open its first lo-


cations in the Greater Toronto Area. The company intends to blitz the mar- ketplace (with both corporate and franchise locations) to achieve its goal of having its fitness brand operating Canada-wide. The rollout plans in- clude converting existing facilities to Tapout Fitness clubs as well as build- ing new complexes. Richardson is confident in his team,
