Taoist Tai Chi Society Announces New Classes


Improve your health and energy with Taoist Tai Chi. Reduce stress and become more relaxed. New classes start in May and June at locations throughout the Triangle. The Society offers a four-month beginner package for new students. No special clothing, equipment, or aptitude is needed to learn. The practice of Taoist Tai Chi promotes health and wellbeing for people of all ages and health conditions. Students consistently report relief from pain, better flexibility and balance, and reduced stress. New classes begin in Durham at the Eno River Unitarian Universalist Fellow-


ship, 4907 Garrett Road on Monday, May 1, at 11am and at the Episcopal Center at Duke, 505 Alexander Avenue, on Thursday, May 4, at 6pm. A new class begins in Raleigh at the Southern Star Ballroom in the Falls Village Shopping Center on Falls of the Neuse Road on Monday, May 15, at 10am. New classes begin at the Delphi Fitness and Wellness Center in the Waverly Place Shopping Center on Monday, June 5, at 1:30pm and at Unity of the Triangle, 5570 Mun- ford Road on Tuesday, June 6, at 10:30am and 6:30pm.
