Child Care 3RD Base-After School Care
-Daily snack and beverage is provided. -Closed when school closes due to weather. -Early dismissals are included in daily fees. -Care available to all District #100 Elementary Schools. Sites are located at each school, except Perry, where students are bussed to Lincoln Elementary.
-All registration forms must be completed and turned in the day of the child’s first attendance.
-Space is limited and registration is on a first come, first paid basis.
-In the event of a late pick-up after 6:00 pm a $10 per 15 minutes late fee will immediately apply.
Third Base (Grades K-5) Where you go before you go home!Third Base is a cooperative after school recreation program between the Belvidere Park District and School District #100. Caring and trained staff provide a safe, healthy, and fun environment for boys and girls in grades K-5 (K-8 at Washington Academy). Our goal at Third Base is to encourage an environment of respect, community, fun, and safety. Activities include group games, homework time, parties, and arts and crafts. The
program operates till 6:00 pm on full days of school. (VP)
Payment Options 1. ACH Payment (Installment Billing – Automatic Withdrawal) Payment Method: Credit/Debit Card or Account Withdrawal Registration Type: In Person or Online Payment Deadline: Payments will be withdrawn on a weekly basis the Thursday before week of attendance.
2. Non-ACH Payment (Payment made at time of Registration) Payment Method: Cash, Check, or Credit/Debit Card Registration Type: In Person or Online Payment Deadline: Due at time of Registration.
Registration Registration will be daily. Your child must be registered by the Wednesday at noon prior to the week attending. Your child must be registered and paid in advance to attend the program. There will be no options for drop-ins. *If school is canceled due to snow you will not be refunded. Your payment will be used towards the Emergency School Days that corresponds. Emergency School Days are included in fees and no additional payment is necessary. The following dates are Emergency Days, if needed/used, 5/22 – 5/29.*
Fees: $13.00/day– 1st Child $11.80/day – 2nd Child $10.60/day – Each additional child from the same family
The Registration Deadline is the Wednesday at noon prior to the week of attendance. Registration can be done completely online. Youth participant packet can be found on the website
www.belviderepark.org on the 3rd Base program page, filled out, and brought into our Administration Building or emailed to
vpacker@belviderepark.org.
