Summer Camps
Important Camp Details
-Initial Registration must take place at the Rivers Edge Recreation Center or online.
-Children should be entering the grade of the camp for the 2017/2018 school year.
-A $20, per child per week, non-refundable deposit can be made to secure your child’s placement in future camp weeks. Te balance of the week of attendance fees must be paid by the Wednesday the week before camp.
-Registration deadline is the Wednesday at 11:59pm prior to the week attending.
-All registration forms must be completed and turned in before a child may attend. If you attended 3rd base during the 2016/2017 school year you do not have to fill out new paperwork.
-A parent/camper handbook containing our policies and procedures is available to each participant upon registration. It can also be found online at
www.belviderepark.org listed under Programs>Camp
-Campers should arrive no later than 9:00 am. Pick-up is anytime from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm. Arrangements can be made in special circumstances.
-In the event of a late pick-up (aſter 6:00 pm) a $10 per 15 minutes late fee will immediately apply.
-Additional children from the same family receive a $5 per week discount.
-Refunds will not be given. -Field trips are subject to change based on the weather and availability. -Breakfast and an aſternoon snack is provided daily. -Water safety is incorporated in the first week of camp. -Counselors are carefully selected and undergo extensive training

Camp runs from 7:00am to 6:00pm Days: Monday - Friday (except weeks 1 & 6)
Discover (Ages 3 –5) For our youngest campers, every day will be filled with new discoveries. Tis camp is filled with fun age appropriate activities, games, and craſts. Tis group will focus on developing a sense of curiosity, socialization, interpersonal skills, and play. Breakfast and PM snack will be provided each day. Te counselor/camper ratio is 1:6. Children are required to be toilet trained. (VP)
