Day 7 Florence/Pisa (Livorno), Italy. On your second day in this enchanting region, you can explore more. If you didn’t take yesterday’s included tour to Pisa, you can do so today. Or choose one of the many fascinating optional tours. Enjoy a cooking lesson in a medieval Tuscan castle, Castello del Trebbio, perched atop a hill with spectacular views of the rolling countryside, and enjoy a meal in this magnificent setting. Lovers of good food may like to join Italians for their merenda – afternoon snack - at the Torre a Cenaia estate. This 15th-century estate is set amongst vineyards, olive groves and ancient woodland, and you can look forward to authentic food and wine that are as excellent as the views. Alternatively, take a scenic drive through the charming Tuscan countryside to the medieval walled town of San Gimignano with its impressive architecture and palaces. Afterwards, enjoy lunch at a traditional Tuscan farm. However you choose to explore Tuscany, there’s an excursion you’re sure to love. In port until early evening
Day 8 Rome (Civitavecchia), Italy. We take you from your ship to the airport for your return flight to the UK.
