am delighted to have this opportunity to welcome you to one of ‘The Pioneer Academy Schools’.


Having spent my entire career working in schools, focusing on transforming the lives of all the children, I can confidently recommend any of our academy schools.


The foundation of all my work since being a school leader, has been to improve life chances for every child, by focusing on all aspects of school life; ensuring that every child is safe and happy every day. The strategies and vision that I have developed have enabled year on year progress for all pupils across all settings and ensured that the percentage of good and better teaching has increased at a rapid and sustained rate. The schools within the Multi-Academy Trust have met and are now surpassing Ofsted expectations with the relentless focus on raising standards of achievement, so that all pupils have opportunities to achieve their full potential. Our motto is “...and the main thing is learning.” All members of staff aim to promote an extraordinary school day to develop independence and creativity.
