Senior Yoga Lisle Recreation Center, Athletic Space
Sign up to join this very popular yoga class! The benefits of yoga include improved strength, flexibility, and balance. A chair will be used for the first half of the class to perform various yoga poses. The second half of the class will include poses on the floor. Participants using the floor should bring a yoga mat. Walking Club Senior Center
It’s time to get out and enjoy the weather! Put on your walking shoes, grab a water bottle and head on over to the Senior Center for a morning of exercise, friendship and fun as we trek through the paved trails of lovely Community Park.
There is no need to pre-register for this program, but be sure to pick up your walking punch card and find out how exercise can earn you money off your next senior program!

Resistance Training for Seniors Lisle Recreation Center, Athletic Space
This class combines resistance tools, such as
resistance bands, exercise balls and weights for a full-body workout. Build strength, flexibility and core stability with regular resistance training. The instructor, Jen Young, holds a Master’s Degree in Exercise Science with a special interest in senior fitness. Wednesday Workout card-holders will continue to receive a punch for attending this class.

Sound Healing Lisle Recreation Center, Athletic Space
Sound healing supports raising frequency and
vibration with crystal and Indian bowls to bring harmony to the etheric, emotional, and physical bodies. The brain shifts into higher states of consciousness, thoughts are slowed down, and the heart opens to healing. Yolanda Lozano has over 20 years of extensive bi-cultural training in the healing arts from master teachers in India, China and Shamanism. Yolanda integrates breathing techniques, toning and chanting, meditation, movement, vibrational energy healing, and self-care, while listening to the true self within.
