Q. The Northern Ball is the biggest travel trade party of the year. Tell us why you’re involved as a headline sponsor. A. We love the Northern Ball, so much so that we’ve been the headline sponsor for the last five years to make sure we get front row seats on all the action! It’s our opportunity to let our hair down, invite our travel agency partners and thank them for their continued support, including our great friends from Walt Disney World, SeaWorld Parks and Universal Resorts who all join us for a fabulous night of laughter, dancing, entertainment, questionable hosting by the DSD team and definitely some mixing of drinks!

Q. What are the big developments for you as a business at the moment? A. We’re getting a makeover! We’ll be launching our brand spanking new website towards the end of the year with new features, easier navigation, improved product search – but the same great tickets and service.
Q. What are the big product focuses for you? A. We’ve been busy loading even more new and exciting tickets, attractions and destinations! You can now book Universal’s new 3 Park Explorer Ticket which includes entry to the new Volcano Bay water park.
