Avalon targets a younger crowd with active excursions
Avalon Waterways is targeting younger customers by introducing new active excursions. The excursions are being offered on the nine-day Active Discovery on the Danube cruise from Linz to Budapest, which features in the new 2017 brochure. Activities include climbing, hiking, canoeing and cycling. Passengers can also conduct an orchestra and explore an ice cave. The sailing leads in at £2,483.
