AGENT

ACHIEVEMENT AWARDS 2016

With just a week to go until the biggest agent celebration of the year, we caught up with Colin Wilson, sales director at headline sponsor All Leisure Group, about the Agent Achievement Awards

6

Q. Tell us why you are sponsoring the 2016 Agent Achievement Awards… A. At All Leisure we know that the Agent Achievement Awards is the biggest celebration of frontline travel sellers in the UK, so the event gives us a fantastic chance to showcase all of our brands in front of the people that matter most – frontline travel agents.

Q. Why do you think the AAAs has such a special place in the hearts of the trade? A. It is an evening that recognises the hard work that the trade has put in throughout the year. It allows the agents to showcase what a difference they make to the travel business, and gives companies like All Leisure the chance to say a massive thank you and show our appreciation.

Q. What you are doing to improve your relationship with and service for agents? A. Our strategy is very clear: to continue to grow our relationship with the trade. We offer a very dynamic and flexible approach with our partners. Feedback from agents tells us that training and face-to-face visits are extremely important. We have continued our trade presence, with our business development manager on the road backed up by the trade sales and marketing team. And we are always happy to support agents’ events and shows where possible.
