Titan unveils lower-priced Essential Collection range

Titan Travel is launching a range of lower-cost holidays as part of its 2017 programme.
The Essential Collection features in the operator’s new Titan Worldwide brochure, out this week. Twelve new escorted tours are included initially, with more to be added in the coming months. Destinations include the US, Canada, China, Japan, Vietnam, Cambodia, Burma, Sri Lanka, Italy, Spain, Austria and Switzerland. Managing director Andy
Squirrell said: “Titan has never been the cheapest because we include a lot in our tours which are very comprehensive. “But as more people come into
escorted touring it made sense to open up to a broader market. “These are shorter-duration
holidays with fewer inclusions but still with all the key highlights.”

Malta Tourism champions hotel revamps to push shoulder seasons
The Malta Tourism Authority has highlighted a range of hotel extensions and refurbishments as it focuses on sales for the shoulder and winter seasons. Figures from industry analyst GfK show bookings
