Lewis Carroll once said “if you don’t know where you are going, any road will get you there,” and one of Stephen Covey’s 7 habits of highly effective people is to “begin with the end in mind”. Combined, these statements help us understand that success in any venture is created by understanding what the end goal will look like and taking the time to plan the journey towards that goal. Plymouth based performance coaching consultancy
28Quest believe that strategy is the bridge between a vision of future success and the operations required to achieve that success. Powerful strategic thinking begins with a clear, well thought-out vision of what the future will look like, which also provides the foundation for the creation of high performing teams, that adopt a learning culture and strive for continuous improvement in all that they do.
