PAUL'S LANDING RESTAURANT
& ESPLANADE DECK Phase II of the Vinoy’s renovations
brings an all-new marina and pool view restaurant located on the Esplanade deck of the resort. The restaurant will feature glass walls offering spectacular, uninterrupted views of the bay, downtown St. Petersburg and the Vinoy swimming pool. With space for over 200 guests, Paul's Landing will have multiple seating options from high-top tables, communal tables, a 16-seat dining counter and bar, as well as traditional indoor and outdoor seating. This casual-dining restaurant will feature both indoor and outdoor seating with spectacular views of Tampa Bay. Just beyond the deck, the enhanced
Esplanade Event Lawn will be upgraded with new grass and paved areas, creating the ideal location for hosting events – from milestone celebrations to intimate evenings under the stars.
ROOFTOP TENNIS The redevelopment work by Connor
& Gaskins Unlimited and Parker Torres Design continues with a new covered, two-story 300-space parking garage where the tennis courts are located now. Tennis enthusiasts fear not, as the tennis courts will be added on the third floor (top) of this structure and will feature Har-Tru Courts, Hydro-Grid subsurface irrigation system, state-of-the art LED lighting and stunning water views. VINOY SPA AND
FITNESS CENTER In 2018, The Vinoy will open a 16,500-square-foot fitness center. Our current fitness center will be relocated to the second floor of the new garage and will more than double in size. This redesigned fitness area will feature state-of-the-art equipment, group fitness areas, cycling studio, personal training room, multi- use rooms, a juice bar, and expanded locker rooms and wet areas. The resort’s
current fitness center will remain

Extending beyond the standard resort spa, this enhanced facility promises a residential atmosphere with an ambience entirely its own. Filled with Floridian accents, the distinctive spa will be a place of serenity where guests will be transported to a surreal beach with lots of water, turquoise and sand colors. Bamboo, palm trees, and earthy finishes will lend an atmosphere of relaxation, renewal, and healing. Inside, the reimagined spa will be
ideal for private parties, and will include an all-new wet area, dedicated locker rooms and updated treatment rooms/ relaxation spaces. Last but not least, new walkways and
covered connectors to the guest room tower and Fred’s Cellar will be enclosed. We are ecstatic to be able to share
these additional details and are excited about how incredibly new and improved the resort experience will be.
