new practice in West Malling - One Smile Oral care.

Dr Ben explains: “I often have clients walking through my door a little apprehensive about cosmetic dentistry. When they leave they are over the moon with the change in their look because they now have a beautiful smile and it’s painless. Unlike a lot of dentists I don’t start by bleaching your teeth as
it’s not always necessary. We start with a simple ‘airfl ow’ clean. This amazing technology uses tiny round salt particles which are not abrasive and cause no damage to your teeth, it only takes about 20 minutes and can signifi cantly whiten your teeth.
If you then decide you would like an even whiter smile we can off er several options from a 2 hour treatment in the practice where we
whiten your teeth by up to 8 shades. The other option you carry out at home, which takes a little longer. Following your treatments you need to ensure you have a ‘white diet’.
Although we use gentle methods, any teeth whitening softens your enamel and it takes 48 hours to put back the nutrients and for your enamel structure to become hardened again.”
