Are you one of 58% of people in the UK who haven’t made their Will?

Making a Will ensures that you are able to decide how your property, your money and your assets will be distributed after you die. It gives you the chance to make sure your children and loved ones are provided for after you are gone, yet currently 58% of people in the UK don’t have a Will. This means that the government will decide how to distribute your property, your money and your assets and if you have an unmarried partner or step- children, they could be left with nothing.

Heart of Kent Hospice’s Make a Will Fortnight, 20 February to 3 March is an opportunity for you to make or amend your Will. During Make a Will Fortnight five local, qualified Solicitors based in Maidstone have pledged their time to you for free. Instead, they are asking that you make a donation to Heart of Kent Hospice. You’ll get professional legal advice and the peace of mind of knowing that your wishes will be carried out after you’re gone.

Your donation will help Heart of Kent Hospice to continue caring for local people and their families at home or in their locally based Aylesford Hospice.

If you would like to make or amend your Will please call 1 of the 5 solicitors listed, stating Heart of Kent Hospice ‘Make a Will Fortnight’ and make your appointment so that you can decide what happens to your property, your money and your assets.
