PART TIME SITE MANAGER 25 HOURS PER WEEK

We are seeking to appoint a skilled, friendly and flexible part- time site manager to join our successful school. This role is for 25 hours per week: 7:15 – 10:00 and 16.00 – 18:15. Actual hours worked during school closure periods are negotiated with the School Business Manager and dependent upon school needs.

The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of site management including a range of duties and responsibilities connected to the fabric and grounds of the school. This includes: security; porterage; monitoring of contracts/contractors; routine maintenance and refurbishment, minor repairs etc. Knowledge of swimming pool routines and maintenance would be an advantage (although training will be given).
