According to the Small Business Association, Nebraska has more than 167,000 small businesses across the state, with nearly 400,000 people employed by those small businesses. Many of those small businesses contribute to trucking across Nebraska. In fact, according to the same study, small businesses made up more than 40 percent of the transportation and warehousing employment in the state. Another piece of information members might find interesting from the report is that nearly 1,600 small businesses exported goods from Nebraska, generating 23.6 percent of Nebraska’s total known export value. The link between these Nebraska businesses is undeniable. Success by one fuels the other. As a member, Johns hopes personally
strengthen the relationship between First National Bank and the Nebraska Trucking Association. “First National Bank hopes to play an active role in the association by helping
