TRUCK CENTER COMPANIES SUPPORTS THEIR GUARD AND RESERVE EMPLOYEES


During the month of November,


Truck Center Companies (TCC) takes time to thank their military Veterans for their service. Nearly 25 percent of TCC employees are veterans working alongside several active and non-active military employees from all branches of the armed forces including the National Guard and Reserve. This fall, TCC signed their statement of support for the Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve (ESGR) by agreeing to recognize, honor and comply with the Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act (USERRA).


By signing this pledge TCC vows to


provide its managers and supervisors with the tools they need to effectively manage their employees who serve in the Guard and Reserve while they continue to support service members and their families in peace, in crisis and in war. TCC appreciates the values, leadership


and unique skills service members bring to the workforce and will encourage and seek opportunities to employ Guardsmen, Reservists, transitioning service members and veterans. TCC is the largest Freightliner dealer

FIRST OFF THE ASSEMBLY LINE
