interior. Once the framing was complete, I
ran the wiring (110v & 12v) and the plumbing. In our design, the electrical and plumbing runs on the inside of

exterior walls, not through them as you might expect. It will all be covered by something – cabinets, cupboards, interior walls, etc. Careful planning and placement was the key. I wanted to keep the wiring simple. 4-circuit 110v panel and a

installed a SureFlo 12v water pump between the 15 gal fresh water tank (under the sofa) and the “shore” water input. If we have “shore” water, we don’t use the pump. However, if we don’t, we flip the switch and use the 12v pump from the tank. Once I finished the wiring and
plumbing, I installed ¼” plywood walls over the 2x2 framing. A countertop from Home Depot

(to the leſt in the picture below) is a 5-shelf pantry – I built that as a separate “module” and just slid it into place. By the way, the 5 pantry shelves, the 2 “pullout” shelves in each of the two lower kitchen cabinets, and the printer tray are mounted on full-extension drawer slides from Lee Valley.
I taped each seam with aluminum tape.
I added sklights and ceiling fan.
