If you fail to plan, be prepared to fail
The key to running a sustainable business is having a SMART business plan. This should be implemented as your business guide. Vital aspects of your business will require clarity and focus, and the most significant question is: ‘Do you have a product that solves a problem or fulfils a need?’. If so, then you have identified your Value Proposition. This should be the magic beans of your business, from where you will identify ‘Who your target market is’. forget to put simple basics in place. As a result, their content becomes ineffective or irrelevant for their target audience. We recently delivered our Business Planning Seminar for a group of business
owners and entrepreneurs based in Birmingham, and the results have been outstanding. Our approach has been to apply the fundamentals of our tried and tested Business Plan Workbooks, to a delegate’s individual circumstances. Our template provide the actual framework, combined with case study
examples with our very own experience, and present delegates with great value - Enabling us to create a strategy that works for them. During the day of the seminar, delegates used words such as ‘clarity’,
‘direction’, and ‘innovative’ whilst providing feedback. Most importantly, they walked away with a business plan and strategy, which will increase their chances of achieving entrepreneurial success.
Our next Seminar is planned for November 2016 and we have already had requests to attend despite not confirming the date. If you would like to attend or for more information about our products and services, please email
