I enjoyed a rare girl’s night out in Alicante a few weeks back to celebrate my friend’s Hen party. What started out as a very respectable evening in a fantastic vegetarian restaurant rapidly turned into sipping mojitos at the port followed by watching the sunrise and counting the planes taking off in the very early hours in the morning. And then to find a man asleep in the corridor at our hotel finished off the
laughter of such a fun night. Surprisingly, not one of us woke to a hangover as we all seemed to drink in moderation, however tiredness certainly had us beaten.
The long awaited promise of a new school in Rojales looks like it is finally underway. As I live a stone’s throw away from the school, I have been on the lookout for any developments on a daily basis and even though the work was supposed to start as soon as the school broke up, nothing seemed to be happening… until very recently. Let’s hope there are no more holdups and work progresses and completes rapidly.
