When you order the trout, you can bet that one of the DeVito brothers caught, cleaned, filleted and prepared it for the evening meal.
They’ve been catching and cleaning trout since they were boys.
The family owns a trout farm across the street from the restaurant and that is where their family legacy in Harrison began.
