Fun in the Sun at Da Silva's
The last day of June certainly brought Fun and Fashion in the Sun to over 60 ladies and a few gentlemen at the "Step into Summer" Charity Fashion Show with Glamour Glamour Fashions at Da Silva's Restaurant in Quesada.
Many thanks to Da Silva's for their generosity and the efforts they made to make the day a success - this restaurant certainly has an eye for detail right down to the beautiful mauve and white flowers. A massive 330€ was raised for THE ELCHE CHILDREN'S HOME so many thanks to everyone who came to support this event and huge thanks to the owners George and Pedro and chefs Tommy and Stevie.
At this Fashion Show there was a selection of summer fashions modeled by 5 lovely ladies and at one point even George and Pedro joined the catwalk! There were sandals and jewellery to complete the outfits along with make up and lovely handmade greeting cards as well as Tricia Lee who was there to do Angel Card Readings.
Da Silva's are currently number 5 on Trip Adviser out of 46 restaurants in Quesada and they are plainly heading for number 1 - just take a look at the customer comments which George, the owner and saxophone player, takes time out to reply!
