FUTURITIES Te BWP/NAD offers one of the largest futurity payouts of any
Warmblood registry each year to our breeders and stallion own- ers through our foal, yearling and two-year-old futurities totaling payouts of over $5,000. Te registry believes that it’s important to reward and give back to our breeders and stallion owners. All of the placings are from scores earned during the annual keuring inspections. Foal futurities

triangle at the walk and strong trot, hard surface straight line walk and trot for soundness and movement, and free jumping or under saddle jumping for technique, willingness and ability. Stal- lions who are three years of age are shown in hand, hard surface and free jumping. Four-year-olds are shown in hand, hard sur- face, free jumping and under saddle. Five- and six-year-olds are shown in hand, hard surface, jumping under saddle, and must have acceptable performance at age-appropriate levels. Stallions seven years and older must have proven performance records to be considered a candidate. BWP/NAD requires age-appropriate performance to achieve complete approval. All stallion require- ments are on the same level as in Belgium and BWP/NAD stal- lions are fully recognized and approved in Belgium and Europe for breeding. Te registry began with eight approved stallions and has
since grown to more than 70 national and international perfor- mance stallions. Tere are now an impressive 26 ‘Elite’ stallions, including Olympic Dutch team silver medalist VDL Bubalu
