DESCRIPTION: The Florida Fire Prevention Code requires that all places of assembly must


have at least (1) crowd manager or crowd manager supervisor. Where occupant loads exceed 250, additional crowd managers/supervisors may be required at the ratio of 1 crowd manager/ supervisor for every 250 occupants (NFPA 101, Section 12.7.6).

Crowd Training Certification Workshop To Be Included This Year! YPI and Fair Attendee Scholarships Available!


This year’s Summer Workshop will be July 29th and 30th in Pensacola hosted by the Pensacola Interstate


Fair. Summer Workshop is a great opportunity to network and learn in a smaller, less formal atmosphere than the annual Convention. Registration Deadline is July 25, 2016. Registration fee is $100 per person which includes a $50 fee for


the Crowd Training Workshop and Certification. PLEASE NOTE: ALL FAIRS WITH AN ATTEND- ANCE OF 50,000 OR LESS WILL BE EXEMPT FROM THE ADDITIONAL $50 FEE FOR THE CROWD TRAINING CERTIFICATION based on an arrangement the Federation has worked out with the presenter. Please register online – you can register and submit your registration then mail a check for the registration


fees or pay with a credit card online.
