SANTA ROSA, CA. ~ This hands-on event for children to explore the vehicles serv- ing our community is great for the kids! Families are in- vited to join the Junior League of Napa- Sonoma at their inaugural Ride-A-Rig fundraiser,
offering
children the opportu- nity to explore, climb and touch community vehicles on Saturday, June 18th from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm at Gal- vin Park (3330 Yulupa Ave., Santa Rosa.)
Ride-A-Rig is an educational experience allowing children of all ages to learn about heavy machinery and trucks from those who build, serve, and protect our community. Police officers, fire fight- ers and mechanics will be in attendance to guide children through a variety of vehicles, including how each truck op-
