Step Into Wonderland AT TOUCHWOOD THIS HALF TERM
Join Touchwood for a week of magic and splendour, as the centre is transformed into its very own Wonderland. To celebrate the launch of the hotly anticipated cinema release of Alice through The Looking Glass, guests visiting the centre between 30 May and 3 June will find themselves transported down the rabbit hole into the enchanted world of Alice in Wonderland.
Shoppers are invited to peek through their very own looking glass and take a picture with Touchwood’s giant selfie mirror. Those who upload their selfies to Touchwood’s Facebook or Twitter pages even have the chance to win a pair of tickets to see the film.
Throughout the week, younger guests are invited to navigate the Mad Hatter’s art trail, searching for a variety of weird and wonderful props placed throughout the centre and finding tiny fairy doors along the way. Those who complete the art trail and submit their activity sheets to the help desk will be entered into a prize draw to win one of 20 prizes, including 10 Sweet Stripes Bunnies from Build-A-Bear Workshop, and 10 Wonderland sweet jars.
And if all that wasn’t enough, Touchwood is preparing for the arrival of a very special guest this half-term, as Alice gets set to pay the centre a visit. Those lucky enough to spot her are invited to have their picture taken, which is sure to keep everybody grinning like a Cheshire cat.
