Indeed it’s the UK industry’s gold standard,” says Certikin’s Sales Director, Richard Way. “It’s a resource that is free to all of our customers and they are able to access it at all stages of the sales process. We might be the UK’s largest wet leisure company but with eight technical divisions representing all of the industry’s major sectors and product groups we are in a unique position to offer a wealth of knowledge and at the same time operate on a personal level. Each division’s expertise brings product areas into focus and it’s the attention to detail that counts. Our staff are experts in their fields and are 100% customer focused and committed to go the extra mile to achieve customer satisfaction. You can’t put a price on being able to pick up the phone with a query on a project or product and know that you can seek free technical help. We have regular product meetings in which we discuss and iron out any individual customer/project issues. “In its 53-year history, Certikin has amassed a huge bank of experience – over 10% of the workforce have clocked up more than 25 years’ service, Executive Sales Manager, Bruce Coppuck and Customer Service Manager, Jane Berry to name but two,” says Richard who has himself worked at Certikin for 31 years.
