Review, Review, Review Depending on your company or agency, you may be in for many, many reviews of the proposed policy. Be ready to defend important or required elements, and be open to suggestions for revisions. Every stakeholder has valuable input to your company’s policy.

Regardless, you must achieve 100 percent sign-off for employees who are regulated and you must be able to produce proof of acknowledgement for auditors. Your legal and human resource departments will also be insistent on 100 percent sign-off proof in case of possible litigation. Your management team deserves a session
