Welcome to DATIA! When and why did you decide to join DATIA? Our company joined DATIA in September of 2015. After months of research about DATIA and positive benefits of joining, we then made the decision to get connected. The core value of DATIA will bring a significant amount of knowledge to our company. As our team sought after supportive organizations and growth strategies to continue to expand our business in Houston, DATIA came highly recommended for what our organization needs. As a DATIA member, Houston NW DNA Testing has the reassurance that our company will achieve the hierarchy of client satisfaction and adherence to federal regulations and best practices within the industry.
What has been your favorite membership benefit since joining? DATIA’s management team is very courteous, patient and knowledgeable in this industry. As such, our staff now has access to an array of instructional training webinars. Also, we are able to connect with industry peers and have our questions answered one on one by the trainers that have worked or operated their own business within the industry.
Tell us about your company and your role there. Houston NW DNA Testing is a woman- owned and operated collection site in Houston, TX. Our company is there when the client needs us onsite as well as offsite to conduct drug testing (i.e. post accidents, suspicions, pre-employment or in-home screening for parents/guardians). Our collectors provide excellent customer

service and demonstrate strong control of each collection. As an owner I oversee all of the day-to-day business and functionality of our office.
What does your company hope to gain from this membership? We look forward to receiving continuous updates regarding new regulations and best practices. As a result, this will allow Houston NW DNA Testing to evolve while maintaining client positive feedback and continuous service of integrity within the industry.
What do you wish other people knew about your company that they may not know? Houston NW DNA Testing’s services are discreet and confidential. Unless otherwise requested, we arrive in unbranded and unmarked cars. In most cases, no one in your company or home, but you and the subject, are aware that the drug or alcohol test is being conducted.
