 “The Safety Director” Greg Franklin “sort of” convinced the jury that his trucks were well taken care of and vehicle maintenance was performed within regulations. Greg is currently an intern at Franklin & Prokopik.


 “The Victim” – Nicole Brushmiller, Atlantic, Smith, Cropper & Deely – she perfected her fake limp to gain the jury’s sympathy.


 “The Truck Driver” – Mr. Don Bonnett played the good ole truck driver who promised he did everything right that day. Don runs his own marketing company, Maryland Sales & Marketing.


 “The Prosecutor” – Andrew Stephenson played the tough prosecutor determined to get his victim a maximum payout. Andrew may not have been acting though – this is his real job every day with Franklin & Prokopik.


 “The Judge”, otherwise known as Bert Randall from Franklin & Prokopik


 “The Defense Attorney” – perhaps more soft-spoken than our Prosecutor, Brad Fowler smoothly addressed each witness and made sure the jury only concentrated on the law and the facts. Mr. Fowler also does this in “real life” as an attorney for Franklin & Prokopik.
