Each year this award is given by the outgoing Chairman to the individual he or she feels has provided extraordinary service to the Association and its members. This year’s recipient was Andy Garrett of Weil, Akman, Baylin & Coleman. Andy has served as the Association’s accountant for over 15 years, giving invaluable perspectives on the orga- nization’s financial position and internal controls.
