Maidstone Borough Council is committed to providing value for money services and wants to know what residents think about them.

This year’s residents’ survey will be asking what it is like to live in Maidstone borough and how satisfied people are with borough council services.

The findings from our survey will be used to see how well we are delivering the services that matter to you and to decide what needs doing differently in the future.

Surveys are carried out every two years. This year’s includes questions to find out the services and facilities which are most important and which are most in need of improvement. The answers will help us set next year’s council budget.

Please take part if you are asked and help us to improve the local area and the services that we provide in ways that matter to you.
