Two of the key speakers are already very successful business leaders. David Sanger founded Rollover in 1991 and built it into the UK’s largest Hot Dog company with a turnover of £10 million. He sold Rollover to Piper Private Equity in August 2006. Sanger also founded ScentAir, a leading supplier of scent marketing solutions which he sold in 2014. His topic reflects his inspirational leadership style – “Inspire your team to succeed.”
Shirin Dehghan founded Arieso in 2002. It grew rapidly to become one the of world's leading providers of customer centric network performance solutions. She sold Arieso to JDSU for $85m cash plus retention in 2013. Innovation and strong leadership were at the heart of her business and she speaks on “Innovate to grow”.
Joining these key speakers will be business owners who have followed the High Growth Accelerator Programme, which is an intensive leadership and business development
programme delivered by VitalSix in partnership with Henley Business School. These business leaders will highlight the road that they have travelled and the impact that focusing on their skills and leadership has had on their businesses.
