A dream turned into a reality Harvey & DOT is a new print and design store
opening inWestwood, NJ. This unique idea combines art, materials and technology to create something new for their customers. They are here to serve anyone with an interior design project ahead of them. Harvey & DOT bases their concept around four
features: home, print, art and design. As a retail store front they offer custom prints, curated furniture and artisan pieces as well as services from their in-house graphic designers, photographers and interior design- ers. The most distinctive service they offer is custom printing on a wide variety of materials ranging from wallpaper or fabric to ceramic tile or metal sheets. Using a commercial printer, Harvey & DOT can trans- form any photo or design into an original kitchen backsplash or hardwood floor, for example. With ongoing educational events, they are looking
to create a fun atmosphere for everyone to learn and design. Their goal is to inform consumers of current trends as well as assist in custom projects.
Barbara DeGraw, aWestwood resident, is leading
this team of crazy artists and entrepreneurs to help their customers in home design. DeGraw has over 30 years of experience in printing, graphic arts and pho- tography aswell as a Bachelor’sDegree inVisualArts. When asked why she’s opening this store, she says, “I want to be able to bring my commercial experience to anyone from the DIY-ers to interior designers and apply it to home décor. You will now be able cus- tomize projects in a new and easy way.”
