Thames Valley Property Forum On September 10, the Thames Valley Property Forum will welcome Lord Andrew Adonis to the annual property conference held at Ascot Racecourse. Under the title ‘Welcome to the Southern PowerHouse: What role for the Thames Valley post General Election?’ writer, Labour peer and self-proclaimed reformer, Lord Adonis will explore how investment in transport, infrastructure and property can create successful regions such as the Thames Valley


This will be particularly relevant as we enter a post General Election period and the ‘political dust’ settles around the region. He will take a macro view of the UK devolution debate, providing valuable insight into the role of key regions such as the Thames Valley. He will describe the need for investment for success, as well as what he sees as the new landscape for the Thames Valley business and property community.


Complementing the keynote of Lord Adonis will be John Holland Kaye, CEO of Heathrow Airport who will be keen to hear the views of Thames Valley business and the property sector
