January Off the Kerb Comedy Club Norwich Arts Centre
January is just a terrible month. We’re all empty of pocket and low on cheer, so it’s the perfect time of year to have a laugh down at Norwich Arts Centre! Off the Kerb is a brand spanking new comedy club at NAC, and they’ve got some fab names lined up for this month. Each night showcases three stand ups; the first on the 19th January features Tom Wrigglesworth who has his own show on BBC radio, and the second on 23rd January features Marlon Davis who’s had a show on MTV and brings an urban twist to the proceedings. Tickets cost £12.50 per night, or £20 for both nights.

January Parkrun Every Saturday at 9am Eaton Park
I know, I know. Your bed/sofa is warm and soft and smells of you. But you’ll be regretting not getting your arse out of bed and on the move when we start in with the vest tops and shorts in the summer. Get those trainers on, ease yourself into that tracksuit and head down to Eaton Park where every Saturday at 9am you can run a timed 5km route with other nice encouraging Norwich people in a beautiful environment. It’s free! You just have to register ahead of time online. Let 2015 be the year when you get proper fit. Doncha know it.
