ANTHONY SHARP’S TEAM EXPANDS


Anthony Sharp has appointed Matthew Gardiner Legge as a senior sales


negotiator, based in the


company’s Holland Park office. With over 24 years of experience in the property industry, Matthew’s career has taken him to companies such as Taylor Woodrow and Barnard Marcus, with positions in sales, branch management, PR and marketing before returning back to sales. In addition, |Matthew established his own successful property business, Gardiner Legge Estates, which he ran independently throughout 2005-2008.

Senior Sales Negotiators – Stroud (Mat Cover) / Alton With a minimum of 2 years’ Agency experience, you’ll know how to exceed sales targets. Knowledge of the local market is beneficial, but not essential. A full UK Driving Licence is essential.


Negotiators – Lettings: Caterham / Fulham / Pimlico / Tower Bridge / Islington / Guildford / Esher


Sales: Banbury / Barnes / Sunningdale / Tower Bridge Along with an impressive track record and at least 1 year’s Agency experience at a similar level, you’ll ideally have local market knowledge. Superb communication skills and a full UK Driving Licence are essential.


Sales Manager – New Homes, Esher (Mat Cover) £Excellent Basic + Commission + Car/Car Allowance + Bens With experience of a similar role, you’ll be well versed in managing new homes schemes, from off-plan sales through to completion hand-overs.


Trainer – Training Department, Richmond / £Excellent + Bens Using your wealth of Sales and/or Lettings experience, you’ll deliver a variety of skills development training. NFOPP/ARLA qualification and previous training experience is an advantage, but not essential.
