With 35 years of experience in the retail market, Peter specialises in both agency and professional work for both landlords and tenants throughout the UK, and concentrates exclusively on the retail market. In his career, Peter has acquired and sold over 1,500 shops and, in the last three years, has acquired approximately 100 shops every year. Peter said: “I am looking forward to contributing to the retail team at Innes England and working with my established contact base. I am keen to focus on the enviable reputation the firm has and focus on securing more work in the East Midlands.”

PPR APPOINTMENT
PPR Estates has appointed Guy Slocombe as Senior
Acquisitions Manager.
Slocombe, formerly a
Partner at Drivers Jonas LLP London City offices, is fully RICS qualified and has 25 years experience of negotiating and acquiring multi-million pound property transactions. At PPR, Guy will be responsible for sourcing and acquiring a mix of both commercial and residential property for the firm to asset manage and create further value from lot sizes of £1 million up to £10 million.

Justin Knight is its Residential Sales Manager.
Established by Mark Lewis in
1998, Lewis Property Consultants is one of the most successful estate agencies in the town, serving St Austell and its surrounding areas. Both well known in the town, Mark and Justin have been estate agents in the local area since leaving school and their career paths have crossed many times. In 1988, Justin began training in
estate agency and estate management with Mark’s father – Paul Lewis, at May Whetter & Grose. Justin stayed with the firm for nine years.
