WINKWORTH OPENS IN GRANTHAM
Winkworth has opened an office in Grantham. The office will cover the town and surrounding villages such as the Vale of Belvoir, Long Bennington, Allington, Harlaxton, Colsterworth, Manthorpe, Belton, Barrowby, Great Gonerby and Old Somerby. Best known as the birthplace
of Margaret Thatcher and the place where Sir Isaac Newton went to school, Grantham sits in South West Lincolnshire. The town offers excellent links locally to Lincolnshire and further afield to London via the A1 Great North Road and many rail routes.
The office will be run by Associate Director Adam Lascelles, who has more than 17 years’ experience in the residential property market. Adam said, “We felt this was
a fantastic opportunity, with Winkworth’s already successful offices in Lincoln, Newark, Sleaford, Bourne & Market Deeping, in addition to 60 offices in London. We felt a natural progression to fill in a natural gap linking Lincolnshire with London
putting our buyers and sellers in a prime position to move in 2012. “We are thrilled to have experienced individuals who have a proven track record bringing together a fantastic team, with huge enthusiasm. “Grantham really is the ideal
relocation package. There is no shortage of leisure, cultural and sporting opportunities and for the foodies there are many great eateries in the towns and villages around here.”
