FOUR AWARDS FOR TERRY LUCKING
Terry Lucking of Belvoir Peterborough and Belvoir Cambridge won four awards at the Belvoir dinner and awards ceremony, held at Belton Woods Hotel, near Grantham. Terry received the Belvoir
Rankings Winner award, Belvoir Monthly Record Breaker award, the Belvoir Innovation award and the top award: Belvoir Franchise of the Year Gold award. Agents from many Belvoir
offi ces enjoyed the event with broadcaster Gyles Brandreth co-hosted the evening with CEO Dorian Gonsalves and founder Mike Goddard. “I was genuinely
surprised to win four awards at the Belvoir Awards Evening but I was also sincerely proud,” says Terry. “I’m extremely passionate and have a never-ending desire to grow and improve what we do, so it was lovely to be recognised for that. “I’m really pleased with
all my awards, but I’m particularly proud of winning Franchise of the Year 2012 (Gold) – that’s not my award, it’s my team’s award.” CEO Dorian Gonsalves
said, “Terry is one of our most successful franchise owners who is always willing to help the network. With many years of experience in the industry and two successful franchises, it is a real pleasure to have you with us tonight Terry. You help push the boundaries of success, giving enormous support to the Directors and to the network.”
For its 21st Anniversary, Badger Holdings, parent company to Townends and Regents Estate Agents, dot fi nancial services, Tyser Greenwood Surveyors and INEX Property Solutions, held a special annual awards dinner and party in February at the Beaumont House in Old Windsor with entertainment by comedian Tim Clark. Snow didn’t deter 200 staff
members turning out to learn who were 2011’s top performers. In fact, it offered a very apt setting for the winners who found out they would be jetting off in March, to the luxury ski resort of Courchevel 1850 for a fi ve-star adventure. Other prizes included fi nancial bonuses, team nights out and a trip to Ascot races. The 30 awards include Top
Individual Sales/Lettings, Top Sales/Lettings Branch Against Target and the prestigious Ambassador Award, three new
additions were added in the form of Rookie Manager of the Year, INEX Employee of the Year and a special Best of the Best award.

Diane Pickles and Gill Cooper have been celebrating 10 years at Woods Estate Agents. Originally both joined
West Country Property Services Ltd which was purchased by Woods Estate Agents in 2010. Diane is now the Senior
Consultant at the Hill Road, Clevedon offi ce. Gill is responsible for referencing tenants and advising landlords on Rent Guarantees. Partner Olivia Donaghy
