April 2011 as the branch manager of Andrews in Morden after a decade working for some of the biggest agencies in both London and Surrey, and has quickly progressed to the role of Area Manager at Andrews. Glen will be responsible for managing the success of Andrews Estate Agents’ eight Surrey branches, identifying new business opportunities, and will manage the recruitment and training of staff in these branches.
