This was a design created for an agent who deals predominately in the top end of the market, selling multi million pound properties. In this bracket the properties aren’t just a home they are also seen as a commodity for the clients portfolio and the agent needs to create an environment where his clients will feel comfortable, but also feels professional in every way. This agency wanted to create a traditional study environment
with a contemporary twist, this classic design will never date. Vis-Com achieved this using high tech LED window displays
and large A1 LED properties set into the wall cladding which displays the multi million pound properties to their best effect.

latest range of Estate Agent displays, the LED Rotating Light Panel. These rotate just like the old
version, but the property details are illuminated using LED Light Panels. This all singing all dancing display will even attract the attention of the most unobservant shopper! The display turns through 180 degrees before resting, to allow customers to view the display. The agent is able to display double the number of property details. Rotating Light Panels are powered by a 12 volt transformer that is economical to run and can be left on all the time. Manning Stainton had their Rotating Light Panels installed

Our clients, Maide of Chelsea, are opening the 11th branch of their highly successful lettings business spread across south west London. Located in Chelsea, this new office occupies a large corner premises and serves one of London’s most desirable residential neighbourhoods. The new branch has large double aspect windows and whilst demand in the area is very strong, there is plenty of local competition, so Maide of Chelsea asked Albion Design and Fabrication for a window display that is a cut above their competitors. Because of the status and position of the office and the importance that the partners in Maide of Chelsea attach to their brand, a significant budget has been applied to the project to ensure the appropriate impact is achieved.
