Belvoir Lettings has launched five new offices. Ken Smith, a franchise owner with Belvoir for several years, has changed territory to launch a new office in Haslemere, Surrey, whilst new franchise owner Rob Price is ready to launch Belvoir Cardiff. Rob Price of Belvoir Cardiff said: “My new office on Whitchurch Road in Cardiff, is in a very busy location and I am looking forward to becoming fully operational and getting started!” Ken Smith of Belvoir Haslemere said, “I’ve done my research and although the population is small this is an area with high net worth and a diverse range of properties. Most tenants are commuters and I think that landlords will really benefit from our service.”
Hamptons International has opened a flagship branch below its headquarters at 32 Grosvenor Square. The branch will be led by Adam Bishop, Sales Director, who has been with Hamptons for 10 years and has 20 years of experience in Central London. He will be supported by Nicholas Austen and Tanya Mentzis.
