SASHA DAVID ESTATES MOVES INTO PREMIER LEAGUE
Sasha David Estates of Nottingham has officially opened its brand new offices at 1 Hope Drive in The Park. The ribbon cutting ceremony
was conducted by John McGovern, captain of Forest’s Championship, European and League cup winning sides in the presence of local media from Nottingham and Derby. There was also a plethora of professional footballers who came along to support Adam Bolder, Burton Albion and former Derby County midfielder who is an active partner with the estate and relocation agents. SDE is an estate agency with a twist as they specialise in the relocation of professional footballers. Adam said, “Playing football professionally means moving house quite often which brings stresses and strains uprooting the family so it’s important that you get as much professional help to smooth
the process. I met Tracey (a partner at SDE) when she helped us and I actually enjoyed the experience because of her assistance and now it feels good to be providing that invaluable service to my footballing colleagues.”
Amongst many people
attending the ceremony were Nottingham Forest’s International goalkeeper Lee Camp as well as former Derby County keeper Lee Grant. Michael Johnson the retired Birmingham and Jamaican centre half was there as was Mike Edwards from Notts County and Adam’s colleagues Paul Boertien, Adi Yussuf and Cleveland Taylor. If these names are not enough also from the world of football came former County and Forest player and current agent Steve Blatherwick. Terry Dolan the former Hull City manager and currently a referee assessor and
representative of The League Managers Association also joined the celebrations. When you go into these offices you are struck immediately by a vision for a new type of estate agents. The SDE service ethos treating clients to a calm and comfortable meeting experience is well supported by designer statement furnishings and a large TV screen to view
properties before selecting appointments. As Tracey says ‘our office meets our clien’’s needs in the right way.’ In addition to footballers needs and to just dealing in The Park SDE will be looking after properties in the Nottingham and Derby areas as well as across the country as a whole. They have a network in place to support any demands customers may have.
