elcome to the 2014-2015 academic year. It’s already been a big year for change for the ILSA Executive Office.
In August, the Executive Office moved to Wash- ington, DC. ILSA also welcomes three new staff members to the Executive Office: Abid Amiri, External Relations Coordinator; Tariq Mohideen, Jessup Competition Director; and Tessa Walker, Programs Director.
ILSA would like to introduce the 2014-2015 ILSA Student Officers: President - Linda Amrou from the University of Toledo College of Law; Vice President - Paige Coriden from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law; and Chief Com- munications Officer - Stephany Sheriff from the University of Georgia School of Law.

The International Law Students Association (ILSA) is a non-profit association of students and lawyers who are dedicated to the promotion of international law. ILSA provides students with opportunities to study, research, and network in the international legal arena. The organization’s activities include academic conferences, publications, the global coordination of student organizations, and the administration of the Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition. ILSA seeks to encourage communication and cooperation among students and lawyers internationally; to contribute to legal education; to promote social responsibility in the field of law; to increase op- portunities for students to learn about other cultures and legal systems worldwide; and to publicize educational and career opportunities in international law. The ILSA Quarterly is an academic magazine that features articles written by students, scholars and practitioners concerning timely issues of international law and related topics, as well as information on ILSA projects, study abroad programs, LL.M. programs and career opportunities in the field of international law. It is published four times during the academic year.

For the fifth consecutive year, ILSA is proud to an- nounce that ILSA Chapter Grants, an offering of financial and program support, will again be avail- able to ILSA Chapters. These grants can provide up to $1,000 USD in financial support to Chapter programs or events that promote the study and understanding of international law.
