Leah Paisner is a third-year JD/ MA Candidate at American Uni- versity Washington College of Law and the School of Interna- tional Service. Presently, she clerks for the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, Immigra- tions and Customs Enforcement, Human Rights Law Section and serves as a Honors Legal Intern in the U.S. Department of Jus- tice. Previously, she interned with the U.S. Department of Jus- tice, Criminal Division, Office of International Affairs, completed a Research Associate position with the Public International Law & Policy Group, and worked in the international pro bono law firm Freedom Now.


Linda Amrou is a third-year law student at the University of Tole- do College of Law and currently serves as ILSA’s Student Presi- dent. While at Toledo, she has been certified by the Supreme Court of Ohio in Alternative Dis- pute Resolution, was a summer legal research clerk for the City of Toledo’s Legal Department, and attended the 9/11 Commis- sion hearings in Guantanamo Bay, Cuba as a human rights ob- server.


Christoper Bauer is a second- year law student at the West Vir- ginia University College of Law. While at the College of Law, he interned for Chief Judge McGee of the North Carolina Court of Appeals and completed a sum- mer associate position for Rob- erts & Stevens. In addition, he serves as an Associate Editor of the West Virginia Law Review.


Justin Kohlbeck is a third-year law student at the University of Kansas School of Law, and is currently enrolled as a visiting student at the University of Texas School of Law. At the University of Kansas, Justin is also working on his master’s degree (MA) in East Asian Languages and Cul- tures with a Korean language and culture focus. He has worked as a legal intern for the US Depart- ment of Agriculture Office of General Counsel in Kansas City, Missouri.


Iuliana-Raluca Luca is a gradu- ate of the L.L.B. at the University of Bucharest and a first-year stu- dent at the Master in Compara- tive and International Law, at the University of Helsinki, Faculty of Law. She is CIO for the Roma- nian ILSA Chapter. She served for the Romanian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and worked as an intern at the Foundation for De- fence of Citizens Against State Abuse, Romania.


Cana Noel is a second-year law student at Temple University Beasley School of Law. She is also a dual degree candidate for the Masters in Public Health with a concentration in Health Policy Management and Global Health. She has interned for the Pennsylvania Health Law Project and is currently serving as the president of the Temple Interna- tional Law Society.


Sanya Samtani a fifth-year law student at NALSAR University of Law, Hyderabad. She is a teach- ing assistant for the public inter- national law course offered to year three students at NALSAR. She is the senior editor of NAL- SAR’s flagship journal, the NAL- SAR Student Law Review. Her experiences include interning with the Ministry of External Af- fairs, Legal and Treaties Division, and working with the Centre for Internet and Society on perva- sive technologies.


Stephen Steele a third-year law student at the University of Arizona James E. Rogers School of Law. While at Arizona, he has clerked at Southern Arizona Le- gal Aid and was a summer legal research clerk at the National Law Center for Inter-American Free Trade. He is a member of the Morris K. Udall Inn of Court and currently is clerking at the Tucson firm of Slutes, Sakrison & Rogers.
