I have been a public school teacher, varsity basketball coach, school administrator and director of student learning and am currently serving as a school board trustee for the Orange Uni- fied School District. During my board service OUSD became only the second and, by far, largest Orange County school district to approve and install Au- tomatic External Defibrillators on our campuses; embarked on a ma- jor school facility improvement campaign, and, this year, will re- introduce music classes back into our elementary schools. These are accomplishments I have passion- ately supported and, as a board

of July 5K and 10K runs raised money targeted for community trail maintenance and beautifica- tion and, for the first time, high school
athletic scholarships.
Scholarships in the amount of $250 will be awarded to one male and one female. This year’s high school seniors
