week. I had to put out quite a lot of money to get it up and running. An old friend from graduate school joined us and is now our webmaster, and she also has a segment in the program. Her name is Ashley Quinn. So many folks have come aboard to help and/or add to the show. Legendary horn man Newton Col- lier (Sam & Dave, Otis Redding) has already shared a few of his great stories from back in the day. Kyler Mosley has share a couple of his favorite albums, along with insider back stories. Alan Walden has talked on camera about Chris Hicks. Our other “reporters” in- clude Kyler Mosely, Peggy Anderson, Marty Willett, Michael Buffalo Smith, Zena Hawk, Georginia Walden, Paul Hornsby, Michael Ventimiglia (aka Big Mike), Rob Barnard lead Cameraman, Rex Dooley, Mickey Thrasher and Judy Reagan. Also of great importance to the show are Michael Pierce, the famous artist/sculpture/character spiritual guide who created our posters, and On The Mark Print- ing in Byron, Georgia who designed our logo and printed our bumper stickers and t-shirts. Great people, all of them. We have been able to share footage from
my archives of everyone from Johnny Jenkins to Johnny Winter, Chris Hicks, The Kenneth Bryan Band, and many others. And we are just getting started. We have now had five shows aired and
have been getting tremendous positive re- sponse from everywhere. We are just begin- ning to sell sponsor spots. Now I'm able to share all this concert footage I've been shoot- ing all these years that I never got to show to anybody except the band members and their management. None of the stuff ever saw the light of day because I never bootlegged any of it. But now, with this TV show, combined with the Internet the whole world gets to see the stuff as long as I get the copyright clear- ance. So far everyone's been very cooperative in that respect. The last six months have been a real magi-
cal time for me. Everything seems to go right, and everybody's filled with love around me and around Maconga City Limits. I can’t wait to see what happens next! •
