The high standard and ambiance is continued throughout to our Cerise Restaurant, offering fine dining and achieving two AA rosettes. Whilst you relax ordering cocktails and food, you will notice flashes of Cerise on the wallpaper and superb music, lighting and people all contributing to the atmosphere. Cerise accommodates relaxed and informal dining and has two private alcoves, perfect for that romantic tête à tête or private party.

We aim to cater for all occasions and tastes while retaining our focus on delivering our interpretation of contemporary British dishes. Diners can enjoy relaxed traditional English cooking in chic and stylish surroundings. Our award-winning menu is available in our Cerise restaurant all year round. Head chef Michael Parkes ensures it changes with the seasons and utilises the best produce Berkshire has to offer.


In the summer, you can eat in our secret garden under the shade of a pomegranate tree. A beautiful waterfall feature, clever lighting and outdoor heating make this a versatile space. The bar menu, allows you to relax in the bar or on the terrace whilst enjoying dishes created by our team for a less formal dining experience. The outside terrace is perfect for those seeking a taste of true quality while taking a break from their retail therapy or for those simply wanting to enjoy drinks and a meal with friends after work.


Cerise is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, featuring luxurious dishes including Thai-style braised pig cheeks with glass noodle salad, Roasted loin of monkfish wrapped in Parma ham, pea, thyme and chorizo and tropical baked Alaska with passion fruit syrup “Tom Collins” and raspberry jelly. Although the menu is adapted throughout the seasons, we maintain the highest standard all year round.


Also at the moment we are offering at lunch times a set three-course menu priced at only £25 and the option of adding a glass of 175ml house wine for £5.


Offering immaculate service and fine dining to the business community, Forbury’s location, just five minutes walk from the train station with direct links to London, makes the venue ideal for meetings.


If you are looking for a more exclusive dining experience, we offer you the use of one of three private dining rooms, The Library, Cellar and Eden. Our


rooms are perfect for private celebrations or confidential dining meetings for dinner parties of up to 36 guests. Our attentive staff will cater for your every need to make your experience as special as it can be. And now with our new private dining selector menu, you can create your own menu to suit all your parties’ needs.


And not forgetting our Cocktail Bar, where you can unwind from your day, perusing over our extensive cocktail list, offering a range of drinks created by our own award-winning mixologists. We believe we have catered for all but our team is here to share their knowledge with you and create drinks around your tastes; this ensures our list is ever evolving with new and fresh creations.
